The Dining area has a good size dining table with 4 chairs and a dresser for crockery and a variety of books for book swapping.

A fully-equipped kitchen area includes electric oven with grill and gas hob, microwave oven, a good size fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle. A substantial amount of cooking pans, utensils and crockery are available, tea towels included. An ironing board and iron are also included and laundry facilities are available on request.
Bedroom
Spacious double bedroom provides: King-sized double bed, bed side cupboards, lamps and radio alarm clock/CD player. Double wardrobe, chest of 6 draws/ dressing table and single wardrobe with full length mirror and lamp. All bed linen is provided.

The Studio flat adjoins the owner’s house who is on hand for key collection, assistance and information. In the courtyard there is an ornamental fountain and seating area which guests are welcome to use.
